This saucy side dish will complement almost any dish, fish, or poultry entree.
Ingredients 1/4 cup each chopped red bell pepper and scallions (green onions) 1/2 tsp all-purpose flour 1/4 cup canned ready-to-serve chicken broth 1 tsp dry white table wine 2 cups cauliflower florets, blanched 1/2 ounce grated Parmesan cheese 1 slice crisp bacon, crumbled 1 tsp chopped fresh basil or 1/4 tsp basil leaves
