Yogurt Parfait

Ingredients

 

1 (8-ounce) carton low-fat vanilla yogurt

1/4 cup fresh blueberries

1/4 cup fresh raspberries

1 small banana, thinly sliced

1/4 cup low-fat granola

Method

  • In two parfait or tall glasses, layer yogurt and fruit as desired.
  • Top off with granola.
  • Serve immediately.
  • Makes 2 servings.
