Tartar Sauce

Ingredients

 

2 cups natural mayonnaise

1 tbsp chopped parsley

1 tbsp chopped olives

1 tbsp chopped pimientos

1/4 tsp chopped dill or ground dill seeds

2 tbsp minced green onions

Method

  • Simmer vegetables.
  • Make a paste of mayonnaise and dill.
  • Remove vegetables and blend with herbal and mayonnaise.
  • Makes a tangy sauce for those who might not ordinarily tolerate commercial preparations.
