Seafood Dip

Delicious served with assorted vegetables for dipping.

 

Ingredients

1/4 pound thawed frozen imitation fish

1/4 cup fresh dill

3 tablespoons whipped cream cheese

1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon reduce-calorie mayonnaise

1 tablespoon each pickle relish, lemon juice, and

Worcestershire sauce

 

Method

  • In work bowl of food processor combine all ingredients and process until smooth, about 1 minute, scraping down sides of container as necessary.
  • Transfer mixture to small serving bowl; cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to serve. Just before serving, stir well.
  • Makes 4 servings, about 1/4 cup each.
