Parsley-Mushroom Sauce

Ingredients

 

2/3 cup sliced mushrooms

1/3 cup margarine

2 tsp parsley flakes

2 tsp fresh lemon juice

Method

  • Steam the mushroom in the margarine.
  • Soften parsley flakes in fresh lemon juice and add
  • Let steam 2 minutes.
  • Serve this sauce over cooked snap beans, carrots, peas, and broccoli.
