Parsley-Flavored Sauce

Ingredients

 

1 1/2 tbsp melted margarine

2 tbsp whole grain flour

1/2 cup milk, cold

1 cup milk, hot

2 tbsp chopped parsley

Method

  • Add flour to margarine in saucepan; dissolve over slow fire.
  • Add the cold milk and stir through.
  • When it begins to thicken, add the hot milk.
  • Whip smooth and boil up well.
  • Add parsley and desired sea salt at very end.
