Ingredients 1 1/2 tbsp melted margarine 2 tbsp whole grain flour 1/2 cup milk, cold 1 cup milk, hot 2 tbsp chopped parsley

1/2 cup milk, cold
1 cup milk, hot
2 tbsp chopped parsley
Method Add flour to margarine in saucepan; dissolve over slow fire. Add the cold milk and stir through. When it begins to thicken, add the hot milk. Whip smooth and boil up well. Add parsley and desired sea salt at very end.
