Ingredients

 

1 1/2 medium cooking apples

1 1/2 medium onions, chopped

3 tbsp vegetable oil

3 level tsp curry powder

4 large cloves

3 tsp lemon juice

Method

  • Peel apple, add chopped onion, cook slowly to golden brown.
  • Now mash to a paste.
  • Add curry powder, cloves, and lemon juice.
  • Cook until smooth.
  • Makes about 1 cup sauce for chicken, fish, or lamb.
