Mushroom Sauce

Ingredients

 

4 tbsp margarine

3 tbsp whole wheat flour

1 1/2 cups milk

1/2 tsp sea salt

1 cup mushrooms

Method

  • Melt margarine, stir in flour, and add milk, blending thoroughly.
  • Cook over medium heat about 10 minutes, stirring constantly.
  • Add mushrooms and seasoning.
  • Cook 5 minutes more.
  • Serve piping hot.
