Ingredients 4 tbsp margarine 3 tbsp whole wheat flour 1 1/2 cups milk 1/2 tsp sea salt 1 cup mushrooms

1 cup mushrooms
Method Melt margarine, stir in flour, and add milk, blending thoroughly. Cook over medium heat about 10 minutes, stirring constantly. Add mushrooms and seasoning. Cook 5 minutes more. Serve piping hot.
