Chunky Salsa Dip

Serve with taco shell pieces for dipping.

 

Ingredients

1/2 cup chopped scallions (green onions)

1 large plum tomato, chopped

2 tablespoons each sour cream and lime juice (no sugar added)

1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon reduced-calorie mayonnaise

1/2 teaspoon salt

4 to 6 drops hot sauce

Dash ground red pepper

 

Method

  • In small bowl combine all ingredients and mix well.
  • Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to serve.
  • Just before serving, stir well.
  • Makes 4 servings, about 1/4 cup each.
