Caviar Dip

Ingredients

 

1/2 cup plain low-fat yogurt

1/4 cup thawed frozen dairy whipped topping

2 tablespoons minced red onion

1 tablespoon sour cream

1 ounce rinsed drained red or golden caviar

 

Method

  • In small bowl combine all ingredients and mix well.
  • Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to serve.
  • Just before serving, stir well.
  • Makes 4 servings, about 1/4 cup each.

Notes:

Concerned about the sodium level of caviar? Put the caviar in a fine mesh tea strainer and rinse it before you add it to a recipe. This will reduce its salty flavor.
