Ingredients
3 ounces diced cooked turkey
¼ cup diced celery
2 tbsp each golden raisins and sour cream
1 tbsp plus 1 tsp reduced-calorie mayonnaise
1 tsp each freshly squeezed lemon juice and pickle relish
Dash each salt and white pepper
2 pitas (1 ounce each), cut in half horizontally
¼ ounce unsalted roasted shelled almonds, chopped
¼ cup alfalfa sprouts
Method

In small mixing bowl combine all ingredients except pits, almonds and
alfalfa sprouts; mix well until thoroughly combined.

Onto bottom half
of each pita spread half of the turkey mixture, then top each with half
of the almonds and alfalfa sprouts.

Set top half of each pita over
sprouts; cut each pita in half crosswise.
