Ingredients
½ cup each low-fat milk (1% milk fat) and canned ready-to-serve chicken
broth
1 tbsp all-purpose flour
2 ounces Cheddar cheese, shredded
5 ounces chicken cutlets, cut into 1-inch cubes
¼ sliced scallions (green onions)
2 tbsp seeded and diced tomato
1 slice crisp bacon, crumbled
1 cup cooked noodles (hot)
Method

Using a wire whisk, in 1-quart microwavable shallow casserole combine
milk, broth and flour and stir until flour is dissolved.

Microwave on
High (100%) for 5 minutes, until mixture thickens, stirring every
minute.

Add cheese and stir until cheese is melted.

Add chicken and
scallions and stir to coat; microwave on High for 3 minutes, until
chicken is cooked through.

Stir in tomato and bacon.

To serve, on serving platter arrange noodles and top with chicken
mixture.
