Ingredients
2 tbsp each finely chopped onion, green bell pepper, and celery
2 tsp margarine
1 small garlic clove, minced
5 ounces ground veal
1 ounce uncooked instant rice
1/8 tsp oregano leaves
1/2 cup each tomato sauce and water
1 packet instant chicken broth and
seasoning mix
1/4 tsp marjoram leaves
Method

In 1-quart microwavable casserole combine
onion, bell pepper, celery, margarine, and garlic; microwave on High
(100%) for 1 minutes.

Add veal, rice, and oregano and mix well.

Shape into 8 equal balls.

In same casserole arrange veal balls and
microwave on High for 3 minutes.

In 1 cup liquid measure combine remaining
ingredients; pour over veal balls.

Cover with vented plastic wrap and
microwave on Medium (50%) for 12 minutes, turning veal balls over every
3 minutes.

Let stand for 2 minutes.

MAKES 2 SERVINGS, 4 MEAT BALLS EACH.
