Ingredients
1 cup each sliced mushrooms and celery
2 tsp margarine
1 small garlic clove, minced
5 ounces cubed veal (1/2 inch pieces)
2 tbsp dry red table wine
1 packet instant chicken broth and
seasoning mix
2 cups frozen pearl onions
1 cup canned crushed tomatoes
Method

In 2-quart microwavable casserole combine
mushrooms, celery, margarine, and garlic; cover with vented plastic
wrap and microwave on High(100%) for 2 minutes, until vegetables are
soft.

Add veal, wine, and broth mix and stir to
combine; re-cover with vented plastic wrap and microwave on High for 2
minutes, stirring once halfway through cooking.
