Ingredients
2 tsp margarine, divided
2 slices "fullly cooked" boneless smoked
ham (2 ounces each)
1 cup diced red onions
2 tbsp port wine
20 small or 12 large red seedless grapes
Method

In 9-inch nonstick skillet melt 1 tsp
margarine; add ham and cook over high heat, turning once, about 1
minute on each side.

Transfer ham to serving platter; set
aside and keep warm.

In same skillet melt remaining teaspoon
margarine; add onions and saute over high heat until tender, about 1
minute.

Stir in wine and bring mixture to a boil.

Reduce heat to low; add grapes and stir
to combine.

let simmer until flavors blend, about 1
minute.

Spoon grape mixture over ham.
