Ingredients 1/2 cup each frozen pearls onions, sliced carrot, and canned ready-to-serve beef broth 1/4 cup each dry red table wine and canned crushed tomatoes 1 tbsp tomato paste 2 tsp all-purpose flour 1 garlic clove, minced 1/2 pound boneless beef sirloin, cut into 1-inch cubes; broiled until medium 1/4 tsp rosemary leaves 1/8 leaves each salt and pepper
Notes: The leanest cuts of beef are top round, eye of the round, tip round, sirloin, top loin, and tenderloin. Look for them when you shop. |
