Ingredients
2 beaten eggs
2 cups milk
4 cups diced stale bread
2 tbsp peanut oil
2 tbsp chopped onion
Sage
3/4 cup tomato juice
1 cup nuts, ground fine
Method

Mix eggs and milk and pour over diced
bread.

Let stand for 20 minutes.

Heat the oil in a skillet and simmer
the onions but do not brown.

Add the sage and tomato juice.

Bring to a boil.

Mix all the ingredients together, put
in oiled muffin tins and bake until set.
