Soybeans Sprout A La Casserole

Ingredients

3 cups sprouted soybeans

3 sliced onions

3/4 cup celery

1/2 cup whole wheat bread crumbs

3 tbsp peanut oil

1 cup soybean milk

2 tbsp whole wheat flour

3/4 cup grated cheese

2 egg yolks, beaten

1 tsp vegetized seasonings


Method

  • Lightly steam sprouts, onions and celery in skillet

  • Add the beaten egg yolks, milk and vegetized seasoning.

  • Put mixture into oiled casserole dish.

  • Sprinkle crumbs and cheese.

  • Bake at 350oF, moderate oven, until delicately brown, about 25 minutes.
