Soybean Sproutarama

Ingredients

3 cups sprouted soybeans

1/2 cup scallions cut fine

1 cup mushrooms

3 tbsp margarine

1 tsp vegetized seasoning

3 tbsp soy sauce


Method

  • In a skillet, brown scallions, bean sprouts, and mushrooms lightly in margarine.

  • Add seasoning.

  • Pour soy sauce over mixture in skillet and let simmer about 3 minutes.

  • Serve piping hot.
