Ingredients 3 cups sprouted soybeans
1/2 cup scallions cut fine
1 cup mushrooms
3 tbsp margarine
1 tsp vegetized seasoning
3 tbsp soy sauce
Method
In a skillet, brown scallions, bean sprouts, and mushrooms lightly in margarine.
Add seasoning.
Pour soy sauce over mixture in skillet and let simmer about 3 minutes.
Serve piping hot.
