Soy Ice Cream

Ingredients

1/2 cup raspberries, drained

1/4 cup soybean powder

1/2 cup raw sugar

1 1/2 trays ice cubes

1 cup water

1 banana

1 tbsp vegetable oil


Method

  • Blend all ingredients except ice cubes.

  • Cool blender top and content in refrigerator about 30 minutes.

  • Remove and add ice cubes rapidly while blender is running.

  • As mixture thickens, last few cubes should be slowly added.

  • Pour into freezer trays and put in freezer.

  • Makes old-fashioned, natural ice cream that is a rich-tasting dessert and hot weather cooler.
