Soy Granules Meatless Loaf

Ingredients

1 cup soy granules

1/2 cup whole grain bread crumbs

1 tbsp vegetable broth

1 tsp vegetized salt

1/2 cup milk

1 small onion

2 eggs, beaten


Method

  • Cook granules in 2 cups water until dry.

  • Now chop onions, mix with bread crumbs, and add to granules.

  • Add seasoning, beaten eggs, and milk and mix.

  • Put into oiled loaf pan and bake in moderate oven, 350oF about 60 minutes.
