Ingredients 2 cups cooked soy granules
1 tbsp powdered vegetables broth
2 tbsp minced parsley
2 tbsp minced onion
1/2 cup tomato juice
1 cup toasted bread crumbs
Method
Mix all together and place in oiled baking pan.
Moisten top with tomato juice and bake in moderate oven, 350oF until brown.
Dot with butter and serve in loaf slices.
Good for those who want an "egg" taste without eggs.
