Soy Granules Eggless Loaf

Ingredients

2 cups cooked soy granules

1 tbsp powdered vegetables broth

2 tbsp minced parsley

2 tbsp minced onion

1/2 cup tomato juice

1 cup toasted bread crumbs


Method

  • Mix all together and place in oiled baking pan.

  • Moisten top with tomato juice and bake in moderate oven, 350oF until brown.

  • Dot with butter and serve in loaf slices.

  • Good for those who want an "egg" taste without eggs.
