Soy Granules Casserole

Ingredients

2 cups soy granules

2 tsp vegetable broth

2 tbsp minced parsley

1 cup cooked carrots

1 cup cooked celery

1 cup stewed tomatoes


Method

  • Soak granules in 3 cups water for 5 minutes.

  • Mix in other ingredients and pour into oiled casserole dish.

  • Top with toast crumbs and bake at 325oF until brown.

  • Dot with butter and serve.
