Ingredients 2 cups soy granules
2 tsp vegetable broth
2 tbsp minced parsley
1 cup cooked carrots
1 cup cooked celery
1 cup stewed tomatoes
Method
Soak granules in 3 cups water for 5 minutes.
Mix in other ingredients and pour into oiled casserole dish.
Top with toast crumbs and bake at 325oF until brown.
Dot with butter and serve.
