Ingredients
2 tbsp vegetable oil
3 tbsp diced onion
1/4 tsp marjoram
2 tbsp whole grain flour
1 cup soy milk
1 1/2 cups diced nutmeats
3 cups diced boiled potatoes
Sea salt to taste
Method

Put the oil, onion, and marjoram into a
saucepan and stir them over the heat without browning them.

Add the flour and small amount of milk,
and stir all together until the mixture is smooth.

Add the remaining milk and bring the
mixture to a boil.

Add the nutmeats.

Add the potatoes and mix the ingredients
lightly.

Place the mixture in a skillet, sprinkle
with sea salt and bake at moderate temperature, 325 degree F, until
brown.
