Ingredients
1 small onion, chopped
3 cups of toasted croutons
2 cups pecan meats
1 egg
2 cups milk
vegetized salt to taste
Method

Braise the onion in oil.

Add the croutons, nuts, salt, and egg.

Moisten the mixture with enough milk to
form it into chops.

Bake these in an oven at moderate (350o
F) temperature and serve with gravy.
