Ingredients 1/2 cup peanut butter
1 cup hot, cooked, natural brown rice
1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
1/2 tsp celery powder
1/2 tsp sea salt
1 egg, well beaten
3 tbsp tomato juice
1/2 tsp grated onion
Method
Combine all ingredients and shape into chops.
Place in well-oiled baking dish and bake for 15 to 20 minutes at 375oF or until brown.
