Nutmeat Parsley Loaf

Ingredients

1 cup of diced nutmeat

2 eggs, well beaten

2/3 cup milk

1/8 tsp garlic powder

2 tsp vegetable oil

1 tsp grated onion

1 tsp soy sauce

1/2 cup crushed whole grain cornflakes

1 cup chopped parsley


Method

  • Mix the ingredients thoroughly in the order given, except to fold in the cornflakes and the parsley.

  • Bake the mixture in an oiled baking dish in a moderate oven about 45 minutes.

  • Serve fragrant hot.
