Ingredients
1 cup full-fat soy flour
3 cups water
Juice of 2 lemons
Method

Bring water to a boil in a saucepan.

Now mix 1 cup of flour to a paste with
cold water.

Beat with a wire whisk about 1 minutes
and add to boiling water.

Let cook about 5 minutes and now add
lemon juice.

Set mixture aside to cool.

Strain curds through a fine strainer or
cheesecloth.
