Ingredients
1 small onion
3 cups of toasted croutons
2 cups nutmeats
1 egg
2 cups milk
vegetized seasoning to taste
Method

Brown onion in oil.

Mix all ingredients together except the
milk.

Add enough milk to the mixture to
moisten it sufficiently to shape it into cutlets.

Bake these until done.
