Juicy-Good Nut Cutlets

Ingredients

1 small onion

3 cups of toasted croutons

2 cups nutmeats

1 egg

2 cups milk

vegetized seasoning to taste


Method

  • Brown onion in oil.

  • Mix all ingredients together except the milk.

  • Add enough milk to the mixture to moisten it sufficiently to shape it into cutlets.

  • Bake these until done.

  • Slice into cutlets.
