Ingredients
1 cup stake bread crumbs
1 cup cooked natural brown rice
1 cup chopped walnuts
1 egg, beaten
1/4 cup milk
2 tbsp melted margarine or vegetable oil
1 tsp sea salt
Method

Mix ingredients together and put into
an oiled baking dish.

Bake at moderate (350oF)
temperature about 45 minutes or until brown.

Slice and serve as you would steak.

Serve with tomato sauce to give a
stimulated steak appeal.
