Cooked Sprouts

Ingredients

1 lb fresh sprouts

2 tbsp oil

1 tsp powdered vegetable broth

soy sauce


Method

  • Cook fresh sprouts in a small amount of water for 3 to 10 minutes.

  • Heat oil in heavy skillet.

  • Add sprouts.

  • Season with powdered broth and a small amount of soy sauce.

  • Sit until well blended and serve at once.
