Ingredients
1 cup diced potatoes
1 small onion
1/2 cup cut asparagus
1 cup toasted, chopped cashew nuts
Seasoning to taste
Dumplings
Method

Cook the potatoes in a little more
water than needed to cover them.

Braise the onion and asparagus in oil
and add these to the potatoes.

Then add the nuts.

Drop the dumplings batter into the
boiling mixture by using a teaspoon.

Cook 15 minutes.

Place in a baking pan and cover.

Bake until brown at moderate
temperature.
