Cashew Nut Pie

Ingredients

1 cup diced potatoes

1 small onion

1/2 cup cut asparagus

1 cup toasted, chopped cashew nuts

Seasoning to taste

Dumplings


Method

  • Cook the potatoes in a little more water than needed to cover them.

  • Braise the onion and asparagus in oil and add these to the potatoes.

  • Then add the nuts.

  • Drop the dumplings batter into the boiling mixture by using a teaspoon.

  • Cook 15 minutes.

  • Place in a baking pan and cover.

  • Bake until brown at moderate temperature.
