Ingredients
½ pound bay scallops or sea scallops (cut into 1-inch pieces)
1 tbsp each chopped chives, freshly squeezed lemon and lime juice,
and whipped butter, melted
1/8 tsp paprika
Method

Preheat broiler.

In 1-quart flameproof shallow casserole combine all
ingredients.

Broil until scallops are golden brown, about 3 minutes.

MAKES 2 SERVINGS.
Note: Butter and margarine melt in
second in the microwave. |
