Ingredients
2 cups strawberries (reserve 2 berries, with hulls attached, for
garnish)
1/3 cup plus 2 tsp thawed frozen dairy
whipped topping
1/2 ounce white chocolate, melted
Method

In work bowl of food processor process
strawberries until pureed, scraping down sides of container when
necessary.

Transfer to 8x8x2-inch nonstick pan;
fold in whipped topping.

Stir in chocolate until blended.

Cover with plastic wrap and freeze
until partially frozen, about 30 minutes.

Stir mixture from edges toward center;
cover and freeze until smooth and creamy, about 1 hour.

To serve, into each of two dessert or
champagne glasses scoop half of the strawberry mixture.

Top each portion with a reserved
strawberry.
