Peach and Almond Cream

Ingredients


1 cup plain low-fat yogurt

1 medium peach (about 1/4 pound), blanched, pared, pitted, and chopped

1/4 cup thawed frozen dairy whipped topping

1/2 ounce shelled almonds, toasted and ground

1 1/2 tsp almond-flavored liqueur

1 amaretti cookie (1/4 ounce), made into crumbs


Method

  • In small mixing bowl combine all ingredients except cookie crumbs.

  • Into each of two dessert or champagne glasses spoon half of the yogurt mixture.

  • Top each portion with half of the cookie crumbs and serve.
