Preheat oven to 200 degree.

Line a cookie sheet with parchment
paper.

In medium mixing bowl, beat egg whites
and cream of tartar with electric mixer until foamy.

Slowly add sugar.

Continue beating at high speed until
stiff peaks form.

Use a wooden spoon or rubber spatula to
fold the chocolate chips into the meringue.

Drop meringue by tablespoonfuls onto
parchment paper.

Bake 1 1/2 hours.

Remove from oven.
-
Cool before removing from parchment
paper.

Store in airtight container.
