Fish Brick

It is exactly the same as a meat brick except that it is shaped to take a whole fish. It is advisable to keep separate bricks for fish and for meat as the fish tends to flavor the clay strongly and would ruin the taste of a joint.

 

Note: Fish wrapped in foil can be baked slowly in an oven without any added fat.
