Coriander

Coriander has an exotic flavor which is very refreshing, especially in broth, vegetable dishes and salads and of course, in Asian cooking.

Used in tangy soups; rolls and pastries; one seed in hot teas such as mint tea. Stewed pears, baked apples, rice pudding; mixed green salads.

When mixed with a little cumin and chili or ginger, it makes a lovely seasoning for many vegetable preparations. Its flavor is warmly sweet and fruity and it brings a good balance of taste to curry powder.
