This very hot spice should be used sparingly. It goes well within Indian and Asian-style cooking, and also great summer for fish dishes.
You use it for cooking chili con carne; meat loaf, hamburgers, beef, veal stew; creamed seafood; boiled and scrambled eggs; Spanish rice, gravies, pepperpot soup; vegetable relishes; French dressing.
