Pocket Sandwich

Ingredients:

1 prepared pizza crust

2 tbsp prepared pesto sauce

2 large tomatoes, finely chopped

2 garlic cloves, minced

1 cup part-skim, shredded mozzarella cheese

Method

  • Preheat oven to 450 degrees.

  • Place pizza crust on baking sheet.

  • Spread pesto sauce over the pizza crust.

  • Top with chopped tomatoes, garlic, and mozarella cheese.

  • Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until cheese is melted and lightly browned on top.

  • Makes 8 servings.
