Ingredients
1 cup water
1 1/2 ounces uncooked quick-cooking oats
4 dried apricot halves, diced
2 tbsp golden raisins
Dash salt
2 tsp honey
1/4 cup low-fat milk (1% milk fat)
Method

In small saucepan bring water to a
boil; gradually stir in oats, apricots, raisins, and salt.

Cook over medium heat, stirring
constantly, until liquid is absorbed and mixture thickens, about 1
minute.

To serve, divide cereal into 2 cereal
bowls; top each portion with half of the honey and milk.
